Southern California Professional Videographer and Cameraman Bio

Celebrating over 20 years Television Director Cameraman Southern California Videographer Mark Nicholson provides professional digital video production, DVD Duplication and Creative Media for Broadcast TV, Corporate Video & Marketing, Special Events.

Mark graduated in 1979 from the School for Creative and Performing Arts in San DIego studying theatre, music and dance. This laid a solid foundation in the field of the fine arts. He then continued his studies in the arts at University of the Pacific in Stockton California, focusing on acting and musical theatre. After performing in numerous plays and musicals in Repertory Theatre, he went on to study television production

Shortly thereafter, he began a career in television working in many different TV stations across he country, producing, directing and shooting commercials, news and entertainment programs. His success to Mark to Hollywood, california where he shot and edited the video for the CBS program "Circus of the Stars", airing in over 80 countries.

Not liking the environment in Los Angeles, Mark left to return to San Diego to work independently as a director/cameraman for network tv and corporate videos.

Mark has directed and shot news programs for MSNBC, CNN, FOX, ABC, CBS NBC Sports, ESPN as well as "Good Morning America" "The Today Show" and "Inside Edition" and many other TV network shos. NBC Sports and FOX sports also relied on Mark Nicholson to cover the Superbowl and The World Series.

In the Corporate and political world Mark has served SBC, Intel, Microsoft, Cisco systems, Starbucks, General Motors, Toyota, and many many more.

Mark has also served both the Republican and Democratic National Committees.

When Marks hands are not the camera, they can be found on the keyboard. He is a Pianist Composer and has released two CDs.."Touch of Spirit" and "Free and Clear", a compilation of Classical and Contemporary intrumental piano pieces.
